I also use a big vision board and white boards to list ongoing, important projects and steps of those projects.  (I love foam poster board!  It stands up on its own and won't fold over when leaned against the wall. This is important because I need to see my goals daily! https://a.co/d/3X2FUXW)

I also use Google Calendar for time blocking and appointments!
